Are All the Tires You Sell New?

Yes! All the tires we offer are brand new and have never been used or mounted on a vehicle.

How Old Are Your Tires?

Our tires are new and never mounted. Most are 1-2 years old, but depending on the tire model and size, some may be older. We do not sell tires that exceed 4 years old from their production date.

Can I Request DOT Codes or a Specific Year of Production for a Tire?

Since we ship from multiple warehouses nationwide and offer over 1,000,000 tires, we cannot check the exact DOT production date for each tire. However, we do not sell tires older than 4 years. If you receive a tire that is older, please contact us.

Do You Offer Financing?

Yes! We offer a variety of payment plans for all credit levels, including No Money Down, 0% interest, and terms up to 24 months.

Is It Safe to Purchase Tires Online from Real Tire & Wheel Deals?

How Do I Redeem a Manufacturer’s Rebate?

We offer two types of rebates:
Instant Rebates – Automatically applied to your order at checkout.
📩 Mail-in Rebates – You can download the rebate form from our Current Deals section and submit it as instructed.

I Submitted a Rebate. What Happens Next?

Installation
Do Tires Come Mounted and Balanced on Wheels?

No, if you purchase both wheels and tires, they will be packaged and shipped separately to prevent damage during delivery.

Is Installation Included in the Tire Price?

No, installation is not included in the tire price at this time. However, we recommend visiting a trusted local tire shop for professional mounting and balancing.

Do I Need to Provide My Email to Complete an Order?

Yes, an email address is required to complete your order. Your receipt will be sent to your email, and in case of any issues, we like to have two methods of contact.

Can I Cancel My Order After Placing It?

  • If you financed or leased your product, you may be subject to a cancellation fee from your financing company.
  • If more than 1 hour has passed, your order will need to be instead, and return/restocking fees may apply.

What If I Received the Wrong Tires?

If you receive tires that do not match your order, contact us immediately at (640) 230-7255 or support@realtireandwheeldeals.com. We will arrange for the incorrect item(s) to be returned and ship out the correct product at no additional cost.

What If My Ordered Item Is No Longer Available?

If an item is out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we will contact you promptly with options:

✔️ A replacement with tires of equal or better quality

Can I Return an Item If I Change My Mind?

✔️ Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused, unmounted, and in original condition (packaging, stickers, etc.).
✔️ Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
✔️ For lease-to-own purchases past 30 days, used products can be returned directly to the leasing company. Contact them for details.
