At Universal Tire and Wheel Hub, your satisfaction is our top priority. We proudly stand behind every product we sell and are committed to earning your trust. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us directly before opening a return request — we’re here to help.


Important Note on Ordering the Correct Products

If a buyer orders an incorrect item without contacting us for clarification beforehand, they will be responsible for all related shipping costs. Please double-check your order details — especially sizing, fitment, and compatibility — before finalizing your purchase.


How to Return a Product

All returns must be accompanied by an RGA (Return Goods Authorization).

To request an RGA:

Click the “Request a Return” button below.

Select your reason from the drop-down menu.

Complete the return form and click Submit.

Please Note:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original packaging with all manufacturer labels intact.

Unless otherwise stated, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.


Free Returns Eligibility

a. Item Damaged in Transit

Send clear photos of the packaging damage before opening the package.

Include photos of the item and damage as well.

Notify us within 2 days of delivery (based on tracking info).

If approved, we will issue an RGA and cover return shipping.

b. Incorrect Item Received

Contact us immediately if the product label doesn’t match your invoice.

Provide photos of the item and manufacturer’s label.

Once verified, we will issue an RGA and cover return shipping.


Returns Not Accepted In the Following Cases

Tires that have been used and/or mounted

Tires damaged by the customer

Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery


Cancellations & Non-Qualifying Returns

Cancellations:

Contact us within 3 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.

If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

If the item has shipped, you must request an RGA, and return shipping will be your responsibility.

“Buyer’s Remorse” or “Incorrectly Ordered Items”:

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in original condition.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
